Weekend in Glasgow

Had a great weekend on Glasgow.

Went to King Tut's Wah Wah Hut to see Ian Hunter. Super venue, great to see the sign on the door SOLD OOT. That's Ian onstage. What a great show, first time I've seen him doing an acoustic set on the lines of the unplugged sessions on MTV.

Met up with bunch of members of the Ian Hunter message board before the show, No Wheels, Miss Mary, RTM, Mottman, Celtic Rocks, Mick Mckenzie, Wierd and Gilly, John Clarke, Justin and Podfather to name a few. After a couple of years it was great to actually meet people and put faces and personalities to their aliases. What a great bunch of people can't wait for October tour to meet them again.

After the show went on to Classic Grand where Ian's daughter Tracie and her band were playing.

DAY 2

Day 2 of this new project and sitting here in cloudy, cold Newcastle wishing I was back in Egypt diving on the coast of Sinaii.


This was the end of my Introductory Padi course earlier this year. Must get back there soon to get some more time in the water and the sun.


Well that's the end of finding out how to add a new post and insert a picture. Suppose the next step will be to try to find out how to use mobile content as part of my Blog. See you soon, maybe this afternoon, maybe tomorrow.
